Rom’s debut on Hong Kong’s fine dining scene meant
the restaurant opened to great critical acclaim. His
ingenious style and eye for detail ensured that the
restaurant quickly became one of Hong Kong’s best, and
remained so during the time Rom headed the kitchen.
Whilst in Hong Kong Rom also played a pivotal role
as Executive Chef in the establishment and operation
of several other new dining outlets including:
- La Bodega,
- Wyndham Street Deli, and
- the Noodle Box.
